Saiqa Abbas is the Founder of Ocean Breeze Travel and a dedicated UK Civil Service Officer with a strong background in project delivery, leadership and customer service. She holds a degree in Business Management and English Literature and has built a successful career spanning both the UK Civil Service and the private sector, where she has managed complex projects and driven service improvements.

As a regular visitor to the Holy Cities of Makkah and Madinah, Saiqa has performed Umrah multiple times with her family and understands first-hand the hopes, concerns and expectations of pilgrims. Through her personal experiences, she recognised that many travellers were not always receiving the level of service, transparency and support they had been promised.

Inspired to make a difference, she founded Ocean Breeze Travel in 2024 with a vision to provide pilgrims with honest advice, personalised service and complete peace of mind throughout their Umrah journey. Combining her professional expertise, organisational skills and passion for helping others, Saiqa is committed to ensuring that every customer receives the care, guidance and support they deserve.

Ashir plays a vital role in managing Ocean Breeze Travel’s operations in Pakistan, working closely with local partners, transport providers, hotels and ground support teams to ensure our customers receive the highest standard of service throughout their journey. His expertise and local knowledge help us provide seamless travel experiences, from arrival to departure.
